excellent central suites
friendly staff clean apartment comfortable beds
the reception area made a great first impression. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the entire apartment was clean and warm. there was plenty of space. i also found the beds comfortable.
there was one minor issue. i noticed no mirrors in the bedrooms so ladies had to dry hair and makeup in the living area.

the reception team provided really good service. staff were always attentive and willing to help. they engaged with guests in a warm, friendly manner, which i found to be very nice, though the luggage assistance was missing.

the apartment had great facilities. tea and coffee were provided for the guests. a pint of milk in the fridge was a very welcome touch upon arrival at night, but the elevator was slow.

i appreciated that tea and coffee were available. the kitchen was well-equipped allowing for preparation of meals. a pint of milk was provided, which i greatly appreciated on my arrival, though i didn't eat inside the hotel.

the location was perfect. calton hill and princes street garden are close by. shopping center is nearby. the location was in the city centre and very easy to access, though the parking was expensive!

adequate stay near the station
great location helpful staff spacious room needed maintenance messy paintwork falling showerhead
the apartment had a great location. it was very easy to access many shops and restaurants nearby. the room had a lot of space. the staff was helpful .
The apartment showed signs of needing some maintenance. i noticed some paint touch-ups around the sink were a bit messy. the shower head also fell off. It was fixed but continued to fall. one bedroom lacked a mirror, a minor inconvenience.

amazing central location!
unbeatable location short walk tour bus discounted parking
the location was unbeatable. it was such a short walk from the train station and very close to shops, bars, and restaurants. the tour bus conveniently stops right outside. i also really liked the promo code to get discounted parking nearby, it was very useful.
i could hear the train announcements from the station sometimes, it slightly interrupted my sleep.

The washing machine was a great idea. tea, coffee, and proper milk were provided. This was really appreciated. kitchen roll, tissues, napkins, and dishwasher tablets were also available.

The reception staff were very helpful when needed. daily housekeeping visited the apartment. storage facility for luggage was available on my check-out day. the staff also helped with blanket requests. It was really nice.

I found loads of restaurant options in the vicinity. there was a well-appointed kitchen including a dishwasher. the milk in the fridge was a nice touch. i could prepare all my meals. It was convenient!

The apartment was lovely and spacious. there was loads of space and storage. the room was very clean. an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer were also provided. It made everything easier!!!

slow elevator poor soundproofing
The elevator proved slow. i also found the lack of soundproofing bothersome. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms easily penetrated, not ideal when i needed quiet.

The location was REALLY convenient. it made getting around the city MUCH easier. The apartment size was sufficient for my needs, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing simple meals. I also appreciated the daily towel service. It was a nice touch.
My room had a SIGNIFICANT amount of street noise. it made it difficult to sleep at times. The elevator was quite slow. It caused some delays during peak hours. ALSO, the bathroom basin was small.
