poor soundproofing
i also found the lack of soundproofing bothersome. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms easily penetrated, not ideal when i needed quiet.

The room had enough space. The kitchenette included glassware. The staff was helpful. I found coffee, tea, and sugar already in the room. Bar was very tidy.
I could hear a lot of noise due to thin windows. The doors were very heavy, so I could hear them close.

The apartment was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Fresh milk was in the room. A powerful shower worked well. Towels and linens looked high standard.

The staff were cute. They were efficient. Staff did everything with a smile. I felt supported using reception bar and lounge, it was beneficial. Luggage storage was secure.

The apartment featured a washing machine in heating cupboard. Thick bathroom towels felt soft. Heated towel rails worked well. Access to the roof terrace was like a significant bonus. TV and dining room and kitchen was massive.

The location offers quick access to many tourist attractions. The railway station isn't far. Marks and Spencer is within walking distance. Sainsbury's is also close. The Royal Mile is near.

The location was REALLY convenient. it made getting around the city MUCH easier. The apartment size was sufficient for my needs, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing simple meals. I also appreciated the daily towel service. It was a nice touch.
My room had a SIGNIFICANT amount of street noise. it made it difficult to sleep at times. It caused some delays during peak hours. ALSO, the bathroom basin was small.
